Comtemplating moving to a p400E....

So MY14 L494 is driving well no issues, new manifold fitted recently as drivers side had a hairline crack and drives amazing for a 10 year old/100k+ vehicle serviced every 5000 miles and OCD cleaned/detailed every week, interior sometimes daily!
But I feel an upgraded is due and Ive been toying with a hybrid as I only do 4000 miles per year I know I'll only get 30 miles on the hybrid system but my daily commute is 10 miles and I bike through the summer, I also would like an updated interior with the new RR interior layout so Im looking at a P400e as prices are relatively good at the moment has moved from a L494 to a P400e? Any advice/pitfalls would be appreciated.

You'll get about 22 miles to a charge in the real world.

I've really enjoyed mine - it has more than enough power on tap and the "silent running" aspect of the EV is really nice. The only real downside to the hybrid is the raised boot floor (to cater for the battery). If you put shopping in the boot and you're not super careful about how to store it, some of it will fall out when you open the tailgate. This also makes the boot more difficult to sit in if you're having a cuppa while looking at the view.

As always, look at the long term cost of ownership as regards fuel/tax/insurance compared with conventionally fuelled Sports and make your decision based on what's most important to you.

I love mine. 2021 P400e Autobiography
