2012 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Lux Fuji White

Heated Steering Wheel Issue

Hi All
I have an 2012 Range Rover Sport Overfinch , with a Heated Steering wheel, However when I pull the Heater switch on the steering wheel it lights up for a second then goes off, then nothing.
Is it possible that the steering wheel clock is causing this or is it more sinister?

There is a small control module in the steering wheel, could be that, have a heated wheel here somewhere will dig it out and post a picture, downside is, if that does happen to be your problem L/R do not supply it separately from the wheel or never used to. Have you checked fuse No. 20 behind glovebox just to be sure? red 10 amp.
