Nightmare. I guess, supplying the parts outlet with a chassis number is your best bet.

I think you missed the point which is the two numbers seem to be for identical products but one is twice the price of the other ..... Always listen to old people or when they die you will live on in ignorance.

They have different part numbers because they are different parts.

What makes you think they are identical?

Here are the specifications:

RGD500140 with ACE
Fitting Position Rear Axle Right, Fitting Position Rear Axle Left, Rod / Strut Coupling Rod, Length 135 mm, Thread Size 1 M12x1,75, Thread Size 2 M12x1,75

RGD000312 without ACE
Fitting Position Rear Axle Right, Fitting Position Rear Axle Left, Rod / Strut Coupling Rod, Length 120 mm, Thread Size 1 M12x1,75, Thread Size 2 M12x1,75 Kev

Both the specs I have say 126mm

Just been out and measured mine 126 mm not aware they have been changed .
So either they have been changed for the wrong ones or ???
All most ads dont distinguish with or without ESC
Confusing but I guess if both sides the same its ok Always listen to old people or when they die you will live on in ignorance.

Where are you getting your numbers from which suggest ACE and non-ACE are the same? And are you getting your measurements from a retailer or manufacturer?

If you look on reputable manufacturer websites, you will see the parts are different for ACE or non-ACE equipped vehicles. They have different part numbers because the parts are different.

For example:
Delphi...

Without ACE

Meyle...

Without ACE

Lemforder...

There are variations in overall dimensions between manufacturers as measurement points vary (eg. from extremity of the rubber boot or the casting). However, they all have an approximate difference of 15mm between ACE and non-ACE vehicles. With ACE being longer.

Different part numbers, different parts. Kev

Wow thanks for all the effort
I am going to measure one owned by the guy next door tomorrow and let you know,
The question is between which two points are they measuring? Always listen to old people or when they die you will live on in ignorance.

When weather improves I will have a go at the rubber bushes.
