Isn't this just the normal and expected difference between dampers that are shot (and thus not damping properly) and ones that are new and working correctly? I'd have thought you'd get used to it and your brain will get used to the new "normal" fairly quickly. When I had the rears replaced last year, it just felt like the rear was properly damped rather than slightly floaty. Fronts need doing now, really, so that's another £1200 to find... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |
