Make sure they fit a new battery at the same time as the alternator ATM. The battery never recovers properly after being completely drained. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

I've learned something new today.., I was always told you can never over-flatten a battery, just over-charge it and cause damage. Thanks TB, I will remember that in future! MY12 SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ebony/Piano/Sidesteps/Privacy/Overfinch Olympus/JLR DRLs |

if you flatten a battery to that extent then a normal alternator wont recharge it, but you will recharge it if you use a good quality battery charger, then drop it back on to the car and it should be fine, in most cases some of my Previous cars

Thanks, Doctor Envoy! But I'd now still insist on a new battery if claiming under warranty after TBs comments! MY12 SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ebony/Piano/Sidesteps/Privacy/Overfinch Olympus/JLR DRLs |
