I have had my new RRS for about 11 months now and so far no problems, this is number 5 and do love the brand just had an email from landrover telling me my Incontrol tracker is about to expire, shocked as my last RRS tracker came with three years Incontrol subscription.

I was never informed at purchase time it had been reduced to one year, it not the renewal cost of £220 that's annoying it the issue is if you don’t renew you lose the new encryption between the smart key and the car on the new models, like if you don’t renew insurance is nil in void and the chance of it being stolen, well so much for RR looking after it customers it’s all about their bottom line.
