Minimal coolant leak, to repair or learn to live with?

My 2015 RRS (diesel, AB) has developed a minimal coolant leak. After the first warning (red coolant sign level low on the dash) car was investigated thoroughly, system set under pressure - and a small leak was repaired, coolant filled up.
Now, about 5000 km further (and on a cold day in the morning) I got the same red warning sign again. As we were on holiday, I have filled up the system, it took about 1.3 l to fill the coolant to the max sign of the reservoir.
I don't see any fluid/drops under the car, it has to be a minimal leak somewhere.
My question is: is it worth to investigate further for this minimal leaking (car has 230.000 km, up till now was completely without issues) - or is this a rabbithole to stay away from and just learn to live with a bottle of coolant in the car to fill it up when needed?
Any advice (real-life, experience) on this? Thanks.
