Upper tailgate opening handle failure

I shut the upper boot and came back to the car and it wouldn't open. Luckily I had programmed the key fob land rover button to open said upper part, so i new it was the switch. So a quick Google and I found this. Ordered the part and as per this guide it was done in less than 15 mins. Cleared out the crud behind the panel and no rust to see considering the age of the car. As usual with faults I'd automatically budgeted a grand but it cost £13.99. Mr. Green
