...and why get one of these (chipped or otherwise) and then pootle around in it? I suppose 28mpg might be possible, but in reality it's never going to happen.

I drove 200 miles in mixed traffic, including a long stay on the M25. I got an average of 27mpg. When I was driving I was doing around 80.

It would seem that the V8 is better on fuel than the V6, my V6 only gets low 20s another reason to change to the V8 some of my Previous cars
