Why does it look like there’s an overlay on your climate control? Try peeling that off since that doesn’t look original. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

all done, the previous owner had installed some gloss black trim which confused me to start with.

They make a bit of "pigs ear" removing the center console, if you have a stick shift just stop the car with the transmission in neutral before removing gear knob and the console lifts virtually straight out without the gear knob shaft getting in the way.
