Okay so maybe £3000 is asking too much, so now it’s £2000! But the light and extras wont be included.

It is with a very heavy heart that I have decided to part company with my L320. I have owned the car since 01/03/2017 and the V5 is in my name and current address.

If I figured out how much money I have spent on it, I would probably However my love affair with Land Rover products has to end - financially I can’t afford them.

It has a partial service history, but has been correctly serviced and maintained during my ownership. It currently does not have an MOT, as it has been SORN since January this year - any free CarCheck App will show you its MOT history.

Since 2017 the following work has been completed:-

New Brembo discs and pads in 2017 and pads again in 2019.
New rear brake shoes in 2018
New brake discs in 2018
New rear brake calipers in 2021
New front drive shafts in 2021
New propshaft in 2021
New EGR valves in 2019 - Disco Mike
Gearbox mega flush - Disco Mike
New poly bush front ARB’s - no more knocking!
New copper brake pipes front to rear
New front lower wish bones in 2018
New rear Stabilise Link bars in 2019
New glow plug injector No 5 in 2019
New rear wishbones in 2021
Both front hubs replaced in 2022
New spare wheel winch - previous stolen - 2017

This car will, in the right environment, give you 30+ MPG, even with some spirited driving
It is a 15 year old car, so the paint work isnt 100%, but in Buckingham Blue, it polishes up really well.

The car is currently sat on four 275/45/20 winter tyres on original alloys. The alloys in winter set-up are a bit scruffy, as some previous owner painted them black and then silver again , but for winter running are fine. I also have another set of identical, original alloys in better condition that are shod with 275/45/20 summer tyres - all have about 5mm on them. For the asking price I will provide both sets of wheels and tyres.

And now the honest bad points -

The car as stated is OUT of MOT.
The offside headlight has died - the good news is I will include a brand new HELLA one for the asking price, as the light cost me £546..
I think the compressor is on its last legs as it takes a fair while to raise the vehicle, but it does it, and it stays raised.
The battery may need replaced as it was a new BOSCH battery in 2018, but seems to struggle to hold charge.
There is an oil leak from the top offside of the engine, which I think is the oil breather pipe to the rear.
The rear offside wheel has a snapped wheel bolt as I tightened it too far and will need drilled out. I have a few new wheel nuts to add to the car as well. In my ownership I have replaced all of the nuts, but they dont last long.

I would like £3000 for the car, and to be honest it’s not really negotiable, with the extra wheels and tyres and headlight. If you dont want both sets of wheels then a deal may be possible.

The car will need to be trailered away, and I live in the Highlands 50 miles North of Inverness.

I also have a BT IID tool and the GPS Remote control package from Bell Autos, but will put them on here separately.

It is sitting at 142,000 miles.

Sold it or keeping it?

Neither sadly. I’m scrapping it.

I had some interest locally but with the issues it has, it’s become uneconomical for prospective buyers and for me to keep it.

Half of it belongs to you with the work you’ve done on it

In truth pal if I had the room to store and work on it, I would split the body and spend a year or so transforming it
