Got an odd fault on the 2010 sport. A message pops up when you start the car saying forward alert not available and the orange adaptive cruise light flashing. There are no error codes stored as checked with SDD. There are a few options in my diag for settings etc but no faults is odd. If I go into the dash I can’t turn forward alert on as it just flicks the setting off again. Has anyone come across this before? I assume the radar is faulty but why no code is odd?

Happens to me sometimes. Usually goes away after a power cycle, if caused by snow on the radar, though, some elbow grease has to be used.
Funnily enough, I was able to narrow down the factors of forward alert becoming disabled in clear weather to... closely following an EV in traffic. Regards etc.,
