It’s pretty easy, remove the cover on the front, cover over the seatbelt and covers over the rear mounts. Should all be T50 torx, remove the seatbelt first, then the other bolts. Disconnect the plugs under the seats with a 7mm socket. Disconnect the few wire holding clips. At this point they should be free to remove. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Managed to work it out in the end - there’s basically black plastic covers over the two front and four rear bolts. Disconnected the electrical block and removed the seat. All stripped of the covers, base recovered with new foam base and heater pad and then paused to watch the F A Cup final.
