I’m looking to get a set of Style 17/5008 for my L494. I’d never normally consider replicas but I’m finding it hard to find a second hand OEM set that isn’t extortionately priced. This is particularly so because I live in Ireland, so ordering anything from the UK on eBay or the like now (post-Brexit) means adding VAT, Customs and expensive shipping to the price.

Is the general consensus to stay away from replicas, or is anyone aware of anywhere that does decent quality replicas? I’m principally a BMW guy and I do know there are some reputable places that do good quality replicas, but I don’t know much when it comes to RRs.

You could always arrange a trip to the UK & have them fitted............

Yeah I did think of that, it’s an option alright but with two kids under two at the moment free time is at a premium and I’d struggle to make that work!

No I haven’t found anything in NI. These wheels are hard enough to come by as it is, but whenever a set has come up it’s inevitably in England.

Thanks. CM Wheels is actually one of the places I was thinking of when I mentioned good replica manufacturers for BMW wheels in my first post, they do have a good reputation but I didn't realise they made RR replicas. I will check them out.
