Rear Caliper Piston Advice Please

After putting the Electronic Handbrake into Service Mode & Removing the Caliper from its mount, ( 2016 ) Will the Piston push Straight back ? Videos I’ve watched are contradictory, some say Wind back some say push back. I have a universal wind back tool 3/8” drive which has 2 pins but so I can gather the pistons have 3 cut out sections if indeed that’s what they’re for.
If it needs an adaptor to turn ( the only ones advertised are for VAG vehicles, not Land Rover ) can anyone advise please ?

I did mine a few weeks ago, put into service mode, listen to it winding back, then you should be able to push it straight back. When taking it out of service mode lift the brake switch rather than depressing it when you go into service mode

Thank you Dave Thumbs Up
What was confusing me was "wind them back"
When really then that's just the operation of the tool not the piston. Thumbs Up
