Navigation Account

Having problems with the in-car navigation in my L494. It is clearly still registered to the previous owner and will not allow me to sign in with my own Land Rover account ID and password. It curtly addresses me as 'Penelope' and says my map subscription has expired and does not offer me a chance to renew under my own credentials.

I have an LR here.com account that works but no clue how to reset the nav in order to update the maps. I hope it's not a main dealer fix as my nearest is something like a day's journey including two ferry crossings. Any tips most welcome. Thank you.
