Is my TDV8 turbo about to die?

Hi,

Could I get opinions on whether my N/S turbo is about to snuff it please?

No smoke, no loss of power. Runs perfectly.

This noise has appeared over the last couple of weeks! New turbos, just 5000 miles on them.
