In the good days, you would get a fair amount of discounts and deals when negotiating the purchase of a new car from dealers.

Does your dealer give the impression that consider yourself lucky to be getting a new RRS let alone expect any extras?

Yep me too worst dealer experience I ever had plenty of up-selling at the front of the order 10 months ago not heard a peep since “yes sir I’ll get someone to call you back” Did I laugh after the 5th call in the last 10 months. It becomes a game to see if they actually can call you back with an update. Shocking dealer experience so far, let’s see if the car ever arrives what the experience will be like…

What you ordered and any indication of a build date??

To be fair to my dealer I got regular updates via email. Sometimes that is all you need.

I guess its market dynamics come down to supply and demand which then dictates customer value for the dealership. At the moment RRS is selling it self so I guess why bother going the extra mile even if its a £100k car? We have only ourselves to blame...
