Turbo Oil Seal Failure or Normal?

Hi, looking for some advice/knowledge…

MOT showed small oil leak, so I’ve investigated.

There’s oil all over then near side of the engine, ACE sway bar, chassis. Dry on the off side.

Put 2 litres of oil in it to bring it to max on dipstick.

On cold start, plumes of blue smoke come out of N/S exhaust, but no smoke of any kind/colour when starting warm, or when booting it or revving it. No smells.

Pulled N/S bottom intercooler hose off and oil poured out, not loads though.

No power loss, car runs perfectly. Loud whooshing sound from N/S turbo when on boost.

Does this sound like it’s new turbo time?

Cheers,
