Warning light

So we sold our L320 today to a good chap. Totally honest. Just had a message from him as a dash light has come on in red showing a vehicle with arrows left and right on it.
What is that? Never seen it before.

This one by any chance, looks like there should also be a message displayed with it, although I seem to recollect there may have been a very similar icon as well, but might be wrong on that one. Could probably do with any codes read.
