SVR Insurance - Thatcham immobiliser grade?

I'm new to this parish having recently bought a 2022 SVR after several decades' ownership of several Full-Fats.
Insurance renewal time in a few days, and the Admiral multi-car policy I have are asking for a £3500 premium to have the SVR on the policy (which tells me that they don't want it on there!).
I have a quote from NFU for £1200 ish which sounds moderately reasonable (I am 59, live in the sticks, car garaged etc etc).
Besides the factory Secure Pro Tracker they say the car must have a 'Thatcham cat 2 immobiliser'. I've looked on LR website but can't find any reference to this. Please can anyone confirm whether or not the car has this?
Many thanks in advance

The thieves can currently override the factory fit immobiliser and tracker within seconds.
If you want to keep your car then you will have to fit an aftermarket immobiliser. The best one on the market is currently the Ghost 2.

I got a similar ludicrous insurance quote on my 2017 RRS. I bought a Meta Trak S5-VTS from Infiniti Tracking for less than 500 Quid including a year of tracking. If you order multiple years of tracking, the yearly price goes down. In my case, I knew we were heading back to America so I only opted for a single year.

The tracker is very good. I probably should have read the instructions: Smile

Got a call the first time I put the car on the Euro Tunnel...it senses when the car is moving without the engine running. It also senses when the engine is running but you've gotten out of the car with the keys in your pocket...like when you're opening the gate on your private drive and stop to talk with your neighbor for a few minutes.

Anyway, that's my experience.

Thanks chaps - my supplying dealer did in fact (eventually) confirm the fitment of a Thatcham 2 immobiliser and I've removed it from my Admiral multi policy and insured it separately with NFU for just under £1k which I don't think too bad (even though the car is kept locked in a garage behind substantial security gates and I have 10+years NCD).
I'll look into the Ghost thing a friend has it on his Defender V8, says it's a pain in the arse to use though...?!
