Ok so what exactly is that and can it be easily corrected ?

Very very common...the Land Rover book states that you have to remove the centre console and large parts of the dash (if not the whole thing!!) to remove the internal heat matrix.

Yeah so I think it’s deffo the matrix thing as the air is slightly warm at best and that’s only from the drivers side front and back, I’ve closed the vents off from passenger side as they are cold - Infact I’ve shut them all off and just rely on heated seats.

If it helps, i just bought the part at that was £142 but i will attempt to fit it myself. I am a little gutted though as the pipes dont have the join in that i was expecting I will have to cut and join with some heater hose i think |

Our 05 L320 supercharged had no heating from the passenger side a while ago. Our local garage had it in to sort and they ordered a new matrix but the one that arrived had much longer connecting pies on it which would have meant most of the dash would have to be removed.
