Hi,

Took delivery of the TDV8 today (Hurrah), and got straight to setting up all the gadgets.
I paired my phone, (Blackberry 8100), via bluetooth, Land Rover appeared on screen, put in code and says paired on the phone, BUT when I press the phone symbol button it reads "NO PHONE FITTED"
Im sure there is as the green and red steering wheel controls are there, also there is a connection thing on the lid of the cubby box.

Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to buy any "extras" to use the phone system in the car??????

Sounds like a quick trip back to the dealers for advice, wiring check or a "while-you-wait" ECU flash? Let them solve the issue. I have my phone paired on Blutooth, but instead use an old Nokia handset permanently mounted in the armreat cradle. Different number, but saves messing around. That works ok with green/red steering wheel buttons and I'm sure blutooth should do the same. It'll only be a minor hiccup, something silly probably. You HAVE read the handbook, haven't you??? My nokia N80 is permanently paired via bluetooth and works fine with the green and red stering wheel controls - as should yours - so check it out with your dealer

Rooleeds, the Blackberry 8100 is fully supported on software version 4.2.0.51 according to the LR approved phones guide. Check the software version on your Blackberry and if it's the right version then as others have said take it back to the dealer.... it SHOULD be working 100%

MY N80 doesnt work with the buttons either only if i get a call can't make a call from then as in redial RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

Thanks guys. Sorry I couldnt reply sooner.
All is well and working 100%, for some reason it paired with the car but wouldnt connect until I parked up, went inside for the night, got back in next morning and Bingo! "PHONE ACCEPTED" appeared, and has done ever since.
