Well this week I have had my leaking pinion seal done by JAS York under warranty and I also asked JAS to investigate why the soft close doors were out of sync now and again. Anyway JAS diagnosed as faulty latch and faulty actuator on the rear passenger door. Would have been a £600 job but again warranty direct have stepped in and paid for the fix (apart from my £150 excess obviously ) so if you are looking for a warranty on your car I can recommend Warranty Direct.
