United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
WiFi hotspot connectivity issues, any ideas?

Had the new RRS for a few weeks now. Working like a dream so far, fingers crossed.

One feature which has been great but suddenly stopped working is the car's inbuilt hotspot. This was an option which is pre-paid for three years.

I can connect any device to it, but the device always now says 'no internet connection'.

I have tried resetting the WIFI and the entire Pivi Pro system. But none of those methods seemed to have hepled.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I wasn't aware that there was a limit. Thanks for the post. I have looked at the option list and it states:

Wi‑Fi Enabled with Data Plan includes:

- Your choice of media streaming services

- Up to 20GB of data per month

- An antenna enhanced connection

- Multiple connected devices

Fair use policy applies. After 20GB of data is used within a month, data speeds and functionality on vehicle may reduce for the rest of the month.

So it appears that the data will still work after 20GB per month, but slower.

That being said, no way we could have hit 20GB already. Only been on a few journeys when it was used.

On the point about being a tester, that is noted. However, I thought htis option has been around on other models for some time so others may have already got the testing out of the way!
