It was a factory optional extra, don't bother retro fitting it I have it on mine, it's better than nothing just, all it does on the L320 is flashes a amber warning light if a particular tyre pressure drops by 25% that's it, it doesn't tell you pressures or anything like that, does manage to tell you which wheel though. I would try and find a good quality aftermarket one.

If you have it, it will come up on the dash as to whether it is set for light or heavy load when the ignition is switched on and it's going through it's system checks.
