Facelift bumpers retrofit

Hello,

Apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn’t see it from searching.

Does anyone know if a facelift front and rear bumper would be a straight fit onto a pre-facelift vehicle? Or is there more to it than that?

I know you’d need to change the exhaust trims to make the rear fit, but beyond that would it require any modification?

Thanks

Discussed a few times. But basic answer is no. Wings, headlights, bonnet plus other bits probably. Current - 2020 Range Rover Sport P400e
Gone - 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE SDV6
Gone - 2017 Audi A8 Sport
Gone - 2007 Range Rover Sport HSE TDV8 - Great car.

The rear bumper fits.To do the front you need bumper, lights, grill & wings.I fitted the facelift rear bumper, easy job you just need to cut the rear tail pipes off. Here’s some before & after pics.

You wouldnt know it unless you look at two side by side, but teh new headlights cut deeper into the wing hence why you need new wings to do a full facelift (as well as headlights, centre grill and bumper).

If you're asking about just replacing the front bumper itself then that might be doable but you;d be better fitting a pre-facelift SVR bumper as they're very similar and you wouldn't need to modify it.

How embarrassing - I started this thread and then completely forgot about it (I have two kids under two at the moment so everything is a bit of a blur)! Many thanks for the responses, it wasn’t my intention to ignore them.

I’ve decided to hold off swapping the bumpers for now, but instead I’m going to swap all the silver/steel trim on the car for gloss black trim. I have a couple of questions about that, but I’ll do a different thread for those.

Thanks again.
