Turbo pipe work replacement

Hi all
Been on the outside looking in, first post, I have a MY2010 L320 showing codes for low turbo boost bank 1, did some investigation and it would appear to be the red pipe connecting the turbo to the inter cooler pipe work is the problem.
When the car is revved air is blown upwards from the turbo, my question is, is there a guide to repair it and what is the part number
