Have a look here although I’m unsure of the quality of the parts you’ve purchased.

Just had a look at this link and came acroos the 6 pot upgrade which looks a good upgrade option as the 3.6 v8 does seem to struggle breaking the big lump, Noticed theres 2 options for brake pads and Meyle been the more expensive pads so im guessing they’re best? The discs look standard, I was hoping to get dilled and grooved for aesthetic reasons and better breaking if anyone can advise on best discs and pads for the 380mm upgrade? |

I fitted EBC grooved/drilled discs GD series or something like that, along with EBC Redstuff pads when my S/C's needed replacing, but I think they discontinued the Redstuff pads for SUV's so Yellowstuff seem to be the choice now. Never had any issues with them and stop ok with no fade, just get a bit more dust with grooved discs, but all personal choice I guess.

Good advice Col, Im guessing it had 6 pots? Mine only has standard trw so not even 4 pots so the stopping is poor when braking hardish, I got some 4 pots to put on but thinking of not bothering and going straight for 6 pots instead. |

thanks for the link unfortunately this control arms on this website doesn’t state if they will fit on the tdv8 and I believe there is a difference between the v8 and v6 arms the price of MEYLE and the OEM Britparts is the same as is the 2 year warranty ?? Not sure what to do? |

And they show their arms as fitting all engines - IIRC isn't the difference in OE arms between TDV8 and TDV6 ball joint size? Meyle HD will use their own HD balljoints.. 2014 BMW 530d Touring, 2006 BMW 650i, 2018 Mini Cooper S |
