2010 Range Rover sport rear end stuck high.

Hi All,

I recently replaced the air compressor on my range rover as I was getting suspension fault error and sometimes was getting the "obstacle" error and the car going into extended mode. Unfortunately I tried to use SDDC to deflate all airbags and the front lowered to bump stops but the rear stayed inflated. Has anyone encountered this before? is there a way I can deflate the rear air bags manually?

Error codes are U0421-68, C1A13-64 and C1A27-12

Thanks
Bruce

Just to close this off...

I fitted a new compressor and the suspension would still not lower. As soon as I pressed the switch to lower I got a fault. When I tried to use SDD to deflate the springs they did not budge.

My issue was the car was running the AMK suspension software for some reason even though it had a hitachi fitted previously. I flashed the Hitachi software and the car is now fine and goes up and down as it should. I guess that the old compressor was tired and when it got itself stuck in extended mode it could not release the air due to being old and running the wrong software Smile

Cheers

Thanks for providing the end result. I'm sure it'll help others. Thumbs Up

And well done for solving it! Bow down Barrie.
