2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

new key case

I've just had to order a new key bob case and blade as buttons on original case have broken
I'm going to change all insides from original to new one I know the old one is glued shut so need to open it
has anyone eles done this before and is it a pain in the a*se of a job to do
