Coolant issue on a face lift 5.0 SC RRS

Looking for any advice please.

I have to keep topping up the coolant on my 5.0 SC RRS, about every 6-8 weeks, from fully topped up to sensor triggering.

I had the Air Con fixed a few months ago and I assume they took the whole front end off and drained the system.

I'm aware that these cars are prone to air locks, but I'm getting the feeling there might be a small leak somewhere.

Are there any regular/common issues on this model and where do I start looking?

TIA

Your engine is very common in USA cars, there are lots of posts about coolant issues on the USA site. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

Yeah be a small leak somewhere at the front I expect.

Check the ground under the car about 1 hour after it’s been on a hot or long drive.

Ps not the best sub section to post in.
Try sticking to the top 4

Hi Ken, mine also 2010 with about 120k miles has been doing the same since about Xmas.
I find that from dash warning to Fill up is about 1 litre— think total capacity is 14.5 litres.
No signs of any leakage on the ground, but my Indy found that the water pump gland was weeping. I can reduce this by releasing the pressure in the system after a run by releasing the cap.
New water pumps for the 5.0sc have been on back order since Jan, due this month, April, but what date unknown!!
Apparently the LR 5.0SC water pump is unique, the Jaguar one has a shorter or longer nosepiece.

I had a similar problem. It turned out that the auxiliary radiator at the lower right hand of the bumper had a leak. There was a TSB for that in the USA I believe. 2015 RRS HSE Dynamic 3.0 SDV6
