Hi everyone. After much searching i found my sport and collected at the weekend. Went for the 4.4 AB and i love it.

couple of questions. its a 2015 but a 2016MY according to when checking on landrover site. Also it has ad blue and £340 year tax. Question on this is i thought 16MY had the foot boot opener. not sure mine has or how does it work?

Towbar - any how to's to fit one? best place to buy one?

Only had mine a couple of months to be honest around 6 however its been stood most of that time whilst I away earning a crust.

Had a Guy called peachy on here send me a build sheet, that said mine has the foot, boot opener fitted. Not in those words I hasten to add.

I could not see mine working, however had my mechanic up last week end for a trivial job and asked him how it works.
As I tried no end of times unsuccessfully.

It seems that if you have the Keyless entry turned OFF it doe's NOT work. As mine is.
He turned it back on for me, hay presto. One swoop under the side of the car working great.
However I returned the car to Keyless entry OFF for security reasons. So No works no more. I can live without it, in all fairness.

keyless is on as unlocks as i open door without touching anything.

Is if drivers side or passenger side?

We tried both sides.. just a quick sweep between wheel and bumper

mine is a 2015 but 2016 build, if you lock the car and keep the keys well away from the car, wave your foot behind either rear wheel and you will here a beep if it has it fitted
