If you have the surround camera system,,, I believe it may be the front camera's,,,, another under each wing mirror and one on the rear spoiler 2010 RRS, TDV8

are there any wires going to it? if not then looks like some sort of home made radar reflector or something? |

Yes. It’s wired, although I have not had time to trace these. There is also a red LED situated in the trim on the door pillar. My first thought was an garage door or gate transponder. |

Looks as if everyday is a school day!. Looking at the comments made I had a closer look,, and now I can see the front camera's,, in the cross member. I also have this " red led" next to the light switch, along with a push button under the dash and hidden down at the screen, a power lead of some kind which I took to be remnants of a 3Rd party nav system. Maybe what I thought were cameras is part of these other bits

It might be one of those devices that stops your car from being lasered from a speed gun. Richard |

Bit of a story attached to it,,, was fitted when I bought the car,, never knew what it was for,, so just forgot about it. Last year had to fit a new AC condenser, got a mobile guy out to gas the system after he left every time I started the car I got a high pitched beep,,, and random beeps now and again when driving. Took it to my local indie, took him about 10 secs to to press the button under the dash to silence the beep!. The AC guy must have accidentally pushed the button when he sat in the car. Not touched the button since,, but never did notice if the light came on with the beep 2010 RRS, TDV8
