Request, chassis - suspension RRS 2012

Hello to everybody
I have a few questions for you that I would like to check or get an overview before putting them into my service. To be smarter.
I own rrs 3.0 sdv6 188kw 2012
I am interested in 4 things please
1) The car is limping, so it is always on the right front side about 2 cm lower. In any position, it is always lower. The service has already matched the unit twice, but it always decided within 1 day. So it's a height sensor on that side? Did anyone do it too?
2) The car in the garage drops, about 2 cm in 2 days, 4 to 5 cm per week. There will be air leaking from the system somewhere, however I am planning a partial overhaul of the chassis as I will write below, so maybe it will be solved by that. And I'm getting to the chassis. I can easily hear the squeaking from the axles, the shock absorbers have always done this, but it is an experience from ordinary cars on a classic chassis (jaguar and vw). Did your rrs cars do this to you? Personally, the car strikes me that it does not ideally understand the transverse unevenness of the road and tends to bounce, so I do not know whether to change only the shock absorbers, or a complete set of shock absorber and air bag. How do I know if the bellows need to be replaced? Please experience again.
3) Does anyone know the part number from the bottom of the windshield, the plastic from which the wipers protrude. It doesn't sit on the glass and I'd like to replace it. See the photo at the post.
Thank you very much. Actually, I don't know how the car should drive if it has bellows and shock absorbers in the top condition of the new ones, so I don't know whether to change only the shock absorbers or the bellows.
4) The steering wheel control does not work for us, it is in one position, but the button does not move with it. Please experience.
We want to get rid of all the spirits and enjoy the car. Otherwise, everything is satisfied, the oil doesn't go away, everything works, consumption is great (I've always had v8 and v10 cars, but I had to start saving - kids, so I went for v6 diesel 🙂) and 4x4 brilliant.
I apologize for the English, maybe everything will be legible.

All the parts you require can be had from www.advancedfactors.co.uk

There are exploded parts diagrams there as well to help.
