Hi all. Looking to buy a RRS.

Many years ago i had a 2007 TDV8 and loved it. Since then i've been in double cab pick ups. I no longer need one so back to a RRS for me

I know someone who is selling a 2015 (65) 3.0 Autobiography.

Any things i should look out for? i know how to look round a vehicle for general wear and tear but looking for specific RRS points.?

What is the service schedule on this so i can check its all correct and what's due next?

Are the 3.0 that bad for oil dilution and bottom end problems or we just hear horror stories and not the good ones?

Check it has the later revised cam covers/inlet manifolds, if not it will need them sooner or later. Depending on when it was built it may have the later ones from factory, but I seem to recall it was around MY15 that were updated.

Its a late 15 as 65 plate and registered in December 2015 has add blue and the cheaper tax

Check the rear brake pipes where they fasten to the rear suspension arms,if the haven’t been replaced they will probably need changing,not a expensive job. Andy.
