The rear brake backing plates are in need of replacement on my 2012 Sport…

Hearing all sorts of horror stories re replacement….

What would be the cost to have these replaced at the same time as normal rear disc / pad replacement

I believe to change the backplates you have to remove the hubs as well, I don't know if they are available in the UK but you can get a modified backplate kit which is essentially a backplate cut in half which enables you to fit it without removing the hubs, would assume you just need to cut the old one in half to remove unless if falls apart from rust.
