United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

Quick update.
I e-mailed to say that the packaging was poor and that I had a damaged bulb.
" brand new bulbs and 2 brand new orange bulbs turned up today with great comms etc.
Much impressed and very happy now my repeaters are fitted and working.
i recommend thoroughly folks Blick with blick windows, big wheels, tow bar for nickin, side steps for the tart, DVD screens for on the go porn, 22" Stormers black and polished... as a matter of fact just about every box ticked.....if I`m going down I`m going down BIG time. Wink))
Ducati 1098S for the road and track and KTM 250EXC smoker for the mud.

Belgium 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Quietly followed this thread and ordered some from this badly named company on eBay. They came to Belgium within two days and literally took less than five minutes to fit. Except for the colour of the lens, they are indistinguishable from the OEM repeaters. I'm very pleased and love the look. Very Happy 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE, Java/Ebony/Cherry, Privacy, Sunroof, PTI, Premium Sound, SatNav, Cold Climate, Tow kit, CarStyle coded grill and vents, Tasmods, Stormers, JE Exhaust, Autobiography badge

I also order a pair, and even considering international shipping they were very fast. Here are some pictures.
(didn't bother with installation pics, because it is so amazingly easy!)

Standard and clear, with bulbs side by side

I think I'm gonna leave mine - given the orange strip in the headlight in any case (unless anyone's done anything about that??) http://www.black-code.co.uk

Hello Paul

It's a long time since you reported on your TDV8. As one of the first to own a RRS TDV8 (which you kindly let me have a ride in at Marshalls when you collected it) your feedback on any problems and ongoing impression is always good to hear. Any latest update on the way? Mine is still a couple of months away.

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

Prompt delivery; parcel came today - look forward to fitting them tonight.

I am a DIY biff so if I can fit them I am pretty sure anyone can....

More to follow.

HH

PS will write some more thoughts about my TDV8 soon, as have now racked up a few miles.
Nearly all very, very good but I have noticed a slight delay in kicking down the gears when I travel fast (eg accelerating from 100-120mph. Sometimes it feels as if the ACC (or a limiter) is cutting in even when it's off (if that makes sense).

Fuel has stayed between 22-27 MPG depending on what I'm doing.
Still wish that I had got Stornoway Grey!

BTW Have scratched a 2 cm gouge at the top of the rear plastic bumper - any tips on how I might cheaply remove it would be appreciated. Driving - TDV8 HSE in Stornaway / Ebony / Brunel
Sold - 56 TDV8 HSE in Java Black EBONY/RHODIUM/PRIVACY GLASS
Sold - 05 TDV6 HSE BONATTI/BLACK/RHODIUM 20''STORMERS, PTI AND FACTORY TINT.
