When I collected my FFRR after having the engine replaced, the service manager pointed out a dent to me on the front drivers door, the dent was there before the car came in was it I know every mark on my car and I would have notice the dent.

Funny how he picked it out to show me, since then I have noticed a dent on the bonnet and a scuff on the front bumper, will get them fixed myself because they were so good sorting out the new engine but from now on will get the service manager to check the car befroe it goes in because I woint except any more marks.

Yep still use them, and they pick up from/ drop off to the new place - its not that bad around the M25 to High Barnet !

I dunno waht their rate is though - only had warranty work done by them so far.

Here's my new dent / scrape on the rear drivers door and scuff on the rear bumper.

My car has only done 4100 miles and has 4 marks on the body - ALL from LR Dealers!

On a lighter note my DR seems fine!
