2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Can I replace just this part of the front skirt?

As the title says, can I just buy the small part of the front skirt that is below the fog light?

The car is a 2022 P400e HSE

Had a slight argument with a stony bank today!
Also, if you can, will it need painting?

Am guessing that the new part will need to be painted.

It’s hard to tell from the photo but couldn’t the existing part be repaired and painted in situ by ChipsAway or similar? Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic
