My 2016 MY has the InControl apps and you can remote unlock it, is the UK one of the makers that Remote Start is blocked?

If so is there a way to get it enabled?

If the UK can have Remote start (for the climate) does anyone have any idea how to get it working? 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography
2013 Grey Black Edition SDV6 (lasted a while but gone now)
2005 Grey Supercharged Sport (gone but never forgotten)

I have remote start - UK & it works without issues

Which app is that? Remote Start doesn't show in either of mine only Lock/Unlock and Flash & Beep. 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography

My current remote app has 5 screens - current status ( fuel etc ) - remote climate - journeys - assistance & finally settings. Do you have Incontrol Premium ?

I have in control premium, but don't have the remote start page in the app, maybe my car can't do it.

I wonder if that page appears if you log in with the right car?

The premium bit is working as I can lock and unlock the car with the app. 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography

I have checked my build spec on LRTopix but can’t see an obvious item that proves it’s definitely fitted. Then you could compare yours  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

in the UK and use remote start myself. Only issue I have with it is causing the alarm to go off about 1 in every 10 starts.

I think it was from MY17 onwards, when the infotainment changed from the physical buttons around the screen to virtual buttons.
