Christmas Eve, my passenger one flopped down back into the dashboard whilst the main drivers side continued to work. LR recovery arrived boxing day and fixed it in 3 mins - arm needed tightening as it had become loose - LR chap thought could have been caused by somone removing arm when screen was replaced - it hadn't - so has come off loose just from normal usage.

Lesson learned - please check your wiper arms and ensure they are tight.
