Intermittent rough running on start up

Morning guys,
Thankfully its been a while of trouble free motoring,
Unfortunately now I have a intermittent rough running on start up, but after a few minutes I seems to clear and is fine.
I've had glow plugs changed at great expense as most were seized in, this has not sorted it.
Im wondering if it could be egr, injector, or electrical issue.
Whats your thoughts please.

it could be all those things you mention...or something else. connect an obd tool, have a look at the live data, see what cylinder or cylinders is giving low readings.
