Thanks that’s really helpful, do you know what to use on the bolts to remove as they seem pretty stiff and I don’t want to strip the thread.

I’d just take it carefully wind them back and forth, maybe use a little penetrating oil 2016 L494 HSE |

I’d just take it carefully wind them back and forth, maybe use a little penetrating oil, can’t remember whether there was evidence on the threads of locking compound, anyhow, they shouldn’t strip the threads in the alloy if you take it steady 2016 L494 HSE |

Anyone know where I can get brake callipers brembo 6pot fronts and trw rears refurbished mechanically, they are ok cosmetically?

Surprised they need a re-build. My 6 pot front Brembos were in very good condition. The Trw rears, however, I’d like to refurbish/replace. As I mentioned the red paint is flaking off as corrosion of the alloy calliper is spreading, mechanically they’re ok, but the corrosion is causing a problem with the mounting of the epb.
