They have a low oil pressure light, but by the time it illuminates, it's probably too late! Kev

ah fair enough, it's because I have an oil leak, but haven't tracked down where and for the last 2 years I've just topped it up or did the oil changes.

So wondered how diligently I need to keep an eye on the dipstick. It seems very diligently.

Although last time I smoke tested the engine it started pouring out oil so hopefully once I can get it back on a ramp can smoke test and see exactly which orifice its leaking out of.

Now though am wondering if that particular leak is why I've been having these lean codes. Am guessing it'll be sump gasket leak somewhere?

It was the dipstick. Its actually split.

Could that be causing my lean issues?
