Which loom is it and what company did you purchase it from ?
Are the headlights OE or copy units

Does not look right to me but I may be wrong.
I had my lights converted so that they were plug and play to the cars original wiring .
The headlight main plug is totally different on the facelift lights .
I can send you the number of the chap who converted mine , I also had the sweeping indicator function added Thumbs Up
Drop me PM if you want to get them sorted

Hi your conversion loom looks like the one from carsystem. This one can give you the full function but it is difficult to install and need some programming. The vendor you buy from should provide the instruction and help you programme once installed. Even if you can install, it cannot work without programming. Best bet is to find your vendor for the instruction.

L494 conversion adapter

All,

interested in your feedback / knowledge here.
I have a MY16 SDV8, which was facelifted/SVR kit by the previous owner(s).
Front headlights were 3. pty, so AFS light came on whenever low beam was activated.
I have since sourced LR MID headlights and I purchased a L494 conversion adapter which I found on ebay.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165487864500

I hooked everything up to the new lamps according to the instructions, but still get the AFS when I turn on the low or high beams.

Has anyone any experience with this adapter (or seller)? I've tried to contact via ebay and email, but no response. Want to check all options before I return.

Second question; does anyone have a working solution/product for headlight upgrade? I have MY19 MID headlights on a MY16 car.

Thanks all.

edit: added photo of headlight sticker

Update: returning the adapter I bought off ebay, will order the package from Carsystems, as I've seen others done. Seems to be the only way to get AFS working on a facelift/upgrade from MY16 to MY19 lights, as in my case.
