Just had a recall letter for my 2010 RRS, as I have lately used a dealer for servicing.
Bearing in mind its an 11yr old car, they fitted a brand new spoiler inc paint and all materials!! FREE!!!! Wow!!

Not so great service.

Dropped car into Harwoods, Crawley at 8.00. Told might not be available until tomorrow. Said OK.

I phoned them at 16.30 for update and they said wouldnt be available until Monday.

Told them needed vehicle so would collect tomorrow and rearrage.

mines in tomorrow, couldn't tell me how long it will be but they are providing a courtesy car so all is good

Had mine done last week,, half day to do if it's a repair as they have to allow time for the glue to set apparently. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
Many years ago,,,,, 1955 series 1 landie , sometimes wish I had kept it

Hi Ken, I take it they have assessed your car and it needs a new spoiler. If they haven't seen it yet, what parts are they waiting for?
With mine all they needed was the glue, which they ordered in advance ( not technically true, my first appointment was cancelled because they forgot to order it but had it in for the following day when I took the car in).

Full spoiler as it all went south...

Waiting for the camera which has been out of stock for ages..

How do know if the knocking at the front has been sorted?

You can hear the knocking at the rear better

Mines facelift too.
And its all gone tits up.
Decided to leave it there and have work done. Told they needed to order glue and brackets.
Rang Monday to see if it was ready. Couldnt get through.
Rang Tuesday. Told they needed new spoiler and as it came in primer, would have to be painted. Told may be ready Saturday.
Not expecting it to happen, expecting a long running saga.
