Pished off - went to London for the weekend and forgot how damned aggressive the bus drivers are. Into 2 lanes but at an angle, bus went straight when the lights changed, leaving me with a narrow gap, which combined with a badly angled/high curb on the central reservation combined to mean I clipped the curb, dented the alloy and burst my nearly new AT3

Missus was impressed at how quickly/efficiently I changed the tyre though it made her think she ought to sell her S/C and get a Mini or something simple! That's what I pay joint AA membership for...

Made for an expensive weekend

I feel your pain, I had to avoid someone who decided to go straight through a roundabout, kerbed both wheels, and damaged the wall on both tyres.
Waiting for new ones to come in so I can get both replaced to be safe.

Went to the tyre fitters today who have assured me that my tyres are safe and don’t need replacing.
Outstanding service from Prestige Tyres in Batley as they talked themselves out of two tyre sales, for the moment, but have guaranteed my business for the future.
