Hi all,
my wifes car (2015 RRS autobiography) has its air bag warning light on. Having checked the codes it displays:
B1408- 13 Driver seat belt pretensioner - Deployment control

I did a quick search and found this thread:

My question is, where is the pretensiorer mounted, is it under the seat ?
I ask because the buckle doesnt have anything except the clipped/unclipped sensor.
I'm wondering if its in the B pillar on the belt reel itself ?

I'm hoping I can go fiddle / fix the wiring, just need to know where it is
I've had a fiddle under the seat and can't see any loose connectors.

Any help much appreciated as the mot runs out next week
Why do wives never let you know of faults or dash lights until its nearly too late

The problem has gone away, for now...

It registers as a hard fault if the seat is around 3/4 way back, but no fault if the seat is forward, less than half way back.
Raising the seat when back also seems to clear the fault.

So i got it in a position where no fault was found and took it for the MoT

I fiddled with all the connectors and can't see any loose ones, or chafed wiring. Still no idea which one is actually for the pretensioner.
