Help !!! what Oil best for RRS2013 3.0 Diesel with DPF

Hi folks I’m looking for advice I’m getting more confused on what engine oil to use the more I read it’s saying I need a DPF compatible oil.I have looked at a Opie oils and they recommend Texaco Havoline Energy EF 5W-30 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil.
That was the only one when I put my car reg in.
I’ve never used Havoline before and has anyone any other DPF compatible oils they have used and recommend? Thumbs Up d

On the Desktop website there's a link to a list of suitable oils at the top, it's not on the mobile site.
